This was renewed three times because she did not achieve the qualifying score for one or more components on the Minnesota Basic Skills tests. In 2017 the U.S. Department of Labor issued a Labor Condition Application for her to work as a Music Teacher for Special School District No. 1 - Minneapolis Public Schools. This LCA application is valid through July 2020.
